• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank receive the transaction and account data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party KYC providers process your identity documents and biometric data on behalf of ji99 for account verification purposes only. They are contractually prohibited from using this data for any other purpose.

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your active ji99 account relationship, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required for AML record-keeping under RA 9160.
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, as required by AMLC and gaming regulatory requirements.

Ji99 will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Complex requests may require an extension of up to an additional 30 days, which ji99 will communicate to you. If you are dissatisfied with ji99's response to a data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

Ji99 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the ji99 Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help ji99 deliver a functional, secure, and personalized experience.

Ji99 uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the basic functioning of the ji99 Platform — including maintaining your login session, processing transactions, and security functions. These cookies cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the Platform.
• Performance and analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymized data about how players use the ji99 Platform — which pages are visited most frequently, session duration, and error occurrences. This data helps ji99 improve the Platform.

Ji99 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines or in jurisdictions that provide equivalent data protection standards. Where personal data is transferred to or processed in a jurisdiction outside the Philippines — for example, by a game content provider or KYC technology partner with regional infrastructure — ji99 ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including:

• Contractual clauses requiring the recipient to protect personal data to a standard consistent with RA 10173
• Selection of providers operating in jurisdictions with recognized data protection frameworks
• Regular review of third-party data handling practices and security certifications

By using the ji99 Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards described above.

Ji99 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance.
